If I have questions, can I call?

What are your store hours?

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 10AM - 5PM
SATURDAY: 11AM - 5PM
SUNDAY: CLOSED

Do you have a catalog?

Not at this time. However, if you are interested in a particular product or brand that we carry email us for more info.

How often do you add items to your inventory?

We are constantly adding new products to our retail and online stores. Join our email list below to stay on top of all new additions.

Do you carry the same items online as you do in your store?

Most of our products can be found both in store and online. There are some exceptions, such as artwork + one-of-a-kind pieces, but you can check out our selection at our Upper Montclair shop. How do I learn more about a product that you show online?

What guarantees do you offer on the products you carry?

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Each product carries a different guarantee depending on its manufacturer, but we take pride in taking care of our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, we want to know. Please email us at SHOP@AMPERSAND-INTERIORS.com.

Is there a way to see what the fabric on an upholstered item will look like in my home?

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Will all of my items arrive at the same time?

Whenever possible, we ship items together. But if select items in your order dictate different shipping methods, your items will arrive at different times. For example, a sofa and a candle will be shipped using different methods and will not arrive together. If you have a question about the shipment process for your order, please give us a call at 973.362.0330 during store hours or email us anytime at SHOP@AMPERSAND-INTERIORS.com with your order information.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

Please contact us SHOP@AMPERSAND-INTERIORS.com and we will address multiple addresses as needed.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

Will AMPERSAND I+G ship to a Post Office Box?

We cannot ship to a P.O. Box for an order placed online, but please call us at 973.362.0330 during store hours and we will be happy to take care of your order.

What is your return policy?

We are confident that you’ll love what you purchase from AMPERSAND INTERIORS + GARDEN, but we understand that there may be a reason to return or exchange an item. Please visit our return section for more information.

Can I return online purchases in your store?

We’re here to help in whatever way is most convenient for you. That means we’re happy to accept returns in store for online purchases. We do ask that you bring a copy of your order confirmation email so that we can serve you best when you come in.

Can I return my custom ordered piece?

We do not accept returns of custom ordered pieces.

CHECKOUT

What forms of payment do you accept for online purchases?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Is my personal information kept private?

We respect the fact that you entrust us with personal information. We’ll never rent, sell or share your information with another business.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely. Please call us at 973.362.0330 during store hours and we will be happy to take care of you.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes, we will send confirmation of your order to the email you’ve provided.

Can I add to or make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

If you would like edit your order in any way, please email SHOP@AMPERSAND-INTERIORS.com or call us at 973.362.0330 during store hours and we’ll be happy to help you.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If, for any reason, you would like to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us immediately. As long as we have not processed and shipped your items, we can cancel your order.

Do you offer gift wrap?

We offer complementary wrap on smaller items throughout the holiday season. Gift wrap option coming soon.

How do I check the balance of my gift certificate?

Please call our store to check the balance of your gift card.

Will my gift certificate ever expire?

AMPERSAND INTERIORS + GARDEN gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I use my online gift certificate to make a purchase directly from the Upper Montclair shop?

Yes. However, you will need to contact us at the shop 973.362.0330 to process your order. .

DELIVERY

Do you deliver?

Not at this time. However, we do provide CURBSIDE Pick-Up. Please phone ahead to arrange with the shop.

Do you have a trade program?

We offer a trade program to designers, decorators, architects, landscape designers, commercial developers and the hospitality industry. Please contact us at 973.362.0330 for more information.
